HomeServicesBackup & recovery

Backups you'll be glad you had.

Automated, encrypted backups of your servers, Microsoft 365 and devices, tested regularly so that when something goes wrong, getting back to work is a quick phone call, not a crisis.

A bad day stays a small one.

Hardware fails, files get deleted, and ransomware happens to ordinary businesses every day. A backup is only worth anything if it runs reliably and actually restores when you need it.

We set up backups that run themselves, watch them every day, and test recovery regularly, so you're never finding out the hard way that the backup didn't work.

  • Automated and encrypted, running every day without anyone remembering.
  • A copy off-site, so a fire, flood or theft can't take everything.
  • Recovery tested regularly, not just assumed to work.
  • A clear recovery plan, so everyone knows what happens when.

Everything covered, nothing assumed.

From a single laptop to a server room, we make sure the things your business can't lose are protected.

Server & device backup

Continuous, encrypted backups of your servers and key devices, with versions going back in time so you can recover a file from last week or rebuild an entire machine.

Microsoft 365 backup

Microsoft keeps 365 running, but recovering deleted emails or files is on you. We back up Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive separately, so a mistake or attack is reversible.

Disaster recovery

If the worst happens, we can spin your systems back up quickly, sometimes in the cloud, so your team keeps working while the underlying problem is sorted out.

Tested restores

We don't just hope the backup works. We restore from it on a schedule and report back, so you have real evidence your data comes back when it counts.

Backup questions.

How often are backups taken?
Most setups back up at least daily, and critical servers can back up far more often. We match the schedule to how much work you could afford to lose, then keep multiple versions over time.
How do you know the backups actually work?
We run scheduled test restores and report the results, so it's proven rather than assumed. An untested backup is the most common reason recoveries fail, and we won't leave you exposed to that.
Are backups kept off-site?
Yes. As well as a local copy for fast recovery, we keep an encrypted copy off-site, so a fire, flood, theft or ransomware attack can't destroy everything at once.
How quickly can we be back up and running?
A single file can come back in minutes. For a failed server, our recovery plans aim to have you working again within hours, sometimes by running your systems in the cloud while we fix the hardware.
